Coming off 13 straight wins , Capitals are the hottest team of the NHL with their best form and best hockey to have played recently. Ovy,Semin,Knuble and Backstrom are on fire and can score plenty of goals against any opposition so that , even if they have one of the worst defensive records , they manage to win by huge margins. Penguins are not so different. If Sid the Kid's having his day , the Pens win , if not they lose or struggle. As defending champions , Pens will sure try to give a bit more effort against the best team of NHL currently , but Capitals seemed to be totally unstoppable. Capitals are not that good at killing penalties as they gave away 4 pp goals to Rangers , but Penguins are not good either. It could be a high scoring game as usual , but at the end , Capitals looked even much sharper than Penguins.
