It's very simple.

From December 9th 2009 we've decided not to allow everybody to register automatically as a tipster due to many abuse of our contest, copying picks from other tipsters from other websites, low quality of analysis, rule breaking and opening multiple accounts.

But we still accept new good tipsters - only now we'll manually add new tipsters that can show there work before being allowed to compete at BetRoof Tipsters Contest.
